Employees may be imported one store at a time by selecting the store and the input file. The import file must be in CSV (comma separated values) format. If using excel or a similar spreadsheet program, make sure you click on "Save As" and select a file type of "CSV".

All fields in the import file are required, except the "Email" and "Position" fields. If a position is supplied, is must match the name of an existing position in the system. The "Activate Student" field can be any of the words "Yes", "No", "True", or "False".

Valid lines will be processed into the system. Invalid lines will be written to an error file along with the error message. The file will be downloadable for review and correction.
